σκεφτομαι να ξεκινησω το τρεξιμο ( ορεινο )
και ως ασχετος με το αντικειμενο , ζητω καποιες συμβουλες απο τους εμπειρους , ως προς τον εξοπλισμο πχ κ αλλα.
ηδη παρηγγειλα ενα ζευγαρι παπουτσια (new balance 810 ή 873 νομιζω )

χθες μου ηρθαν τα παπουτσια τα 810 τελικα ....
κανα παντελονακι - κολαν ( οικονομικο - μαθητης ειμαι :lol: ) τι προτεινετε ?
καλα σε μπλουζακια κ τζακετ τα ποδηλατικα φανταζομαι οκ θα ναι ....
για προπονησεις κ τετοια θα ρωτησω τον Κωστα Σταμουλη που τον γνωριζω κιολας κ τα παπουτσια αυτος μ τα προτεινε .
