From its invention in
1817 through to the modern day, the bicycle has had a huge impact on
world history, helping to emancipate women, broaden the gene pool
(people could travel further, you see), and pave the roads. It was also
two bicycle mechanics who were the first to fly in powered aircraft and
without the bicycle industry the car industry wouldn’t have developed
so fast.
It is without doubt that bicycle increases mobility for those
who don’t have access to motor transport and for those who don’t
qualify to drive a car. Furthermore, bicycles increase mobility for
those who can’t afford motor transport and for those who don’t want to
drive motor vehicles, but most important form bicycling you get exercise.
It can be also supported that bicycling reduces stress and it is
also therapeutic for the mind, spirit and body. Neither to say that
cycling is low impact on the environment, can ignore the traffic reports
and both these reasons encourage companies to actually pay you to bike
to work.
Reasons why to bike are numberless and we are not to list them all.
All to say is that bicycling is always…for good!
